1) What is the maximum number of students per batch?
To start the batch we need a minimum of 6 students and go max up to 12. Our plan is to provide more opportunities for play we will additionally staff (1:6 - coach vs student) support to maintain student engagement throughout the session
2) Do I need to pay fees if a student goes on vacation while signed up for the monthly program?
No, the payment will be adjusted for the month based on the sessions attended.
3) What is the payment rule if my kid attends only one or two sessions?
If a student attends less than 2 sessions in a month, they do not need to make the payment for that month.
4) Are you grouping the sessions by age for beginners?
Yes, we aim to group sessions by age. If we do not have enough students of similar ages initially, we will place them in a group with students of closer age.
5) How long do usual sessions last?
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes. Coaches will set specific goals for each session and aim to achieve them within this time frame.
6) Do you have any other locations for training?
For beginners, we have official approval to play at Cox Mill Elementary School (using only light-weight balls).
7) Do you have a ground to play actual games?
We are currently working on securing a dedicated ground in the Huntersville area and expect to get approval soon.
8) Do you plan to have hub matches with Charlotte
Our primary focus is on teaching kids cricket skills, and we will strive to create pathways for competitive matches in the future.
9) Why should we choose Maxone over other coaching options?
Maxone offers affordable pricing and focuses on individual improvement along with group sessions of fewer members. We provide longer learning and play times with structured game plans for execution.
10) Are these coaches certified?
All our coaches have completed at least the ICC foundational coaching certification. We are highly committed to having Level-1 certified coaches.
11) How do we know the coaches are good at handling kids?
The ICC foundation courses include training on handling kids with fun and enjoyment.
12) Do we need the kit bag on Day-1?
It's recommended to have a kit bag with all protections (bat size can be decided after the first session). Even though we practice with tennis balls, players need to get used to using the equipment with their body.
13) If a coach cancels a session, does he make it up?
Yes, it's the coach's responsibility to cover the total committed hours, regardless of the session count.
14) Do I get a referral bonus?
You will receive a one-time 20% discount on next month's payment for each referral
15) What is the backup plan if my child is unable to catch up on sessions?
We will provide a 15-30 minute private session at no additional cost to help your child catch up.
16) What steps do you take if students are unable to learn the drills properly?
We closely monitor progress and work with parents to arrange a few private sessions at a low cost or free of charge.
17) Do you make up for canceled classes due to bad weather?
We will make every effort to reschedule the hours, but it cannot be 100% guaranteed.
18) Why is there an age limit under 12?
Our focus is on young children, but you can reach out to the coach for assistance with children above the age of 13.
19) Do you provide special training for wicket keeping?
Yes, we offer training for wicket keeping.
20) Do you conduct assessments of the kids?
Yes, we conduct monthly assessments to measure their progress and share the results with parents.
21) Do we have an opportunity to provide our feedback?
Yes, we collect feedback from individual parents to improve on our end.
